So maybe just one day wouldn't be considered a lifestyle change. But I'm starting. I tried a month ago, but sleep seemed to trump exercise every time! Today I made it 2 miles. I started a program to get me back to my
usual time and distance. It'll be a slow start, but I knew I didn't want to burn out.
Luckily I didn't push too hard, because my legs can already feel the usage.

Good for you!!!! I got on the treadmill today too. I'm only getting on there about twice a week, but I figure it's better than nothing.
